Welcome to KizVerse, a community app developed and managed by Potentia Animi (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the KizVerse app or website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the App

KizVerse is a community platform created to connect dancers, organizers, and instructors within the UrbanKiz and Kizomba scene.
It provides access to:

  • Social and community features

  • Event listings and related information

  • Premium features for subscribed users

2. Eligibility

To use KizVerse, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old (or the legal minimum in your country), and

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

If you use KizVerse on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account,

  • Do not share your login details, and

  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Use KizVerse for illegal, abusive, or discriminatory activity,

  • Post or share content that violates intellectual property rights, or

  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the Service or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some KizVerse features may require a paid subscription or a one-time payment.

  • All digital services or subscriptions purchased through the app must be made via the official App Store or Play Store payment systems, unless otherwise stated.

  • External payments (such as through SumUp, Stripe, or our website) may apply only to real-world event tickets or services.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • Prices and terms are subject to change with notice.

6. Content Ownership

All logos, images, text, and materials within KizVerse are the property of Potentia Animi or its partners.
Users retain ownership of their own uploaded content but grant KizVerse a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and share that content within the app.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to KizVerse at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms, or

  • We discontinue or modify the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Disclaimer

KizVerse is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy or reliability of content,

  • Availability of the Service, or

  • Any damages arising from its use.

Use KizVerse at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potentia Animi and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or

  • Any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
